If the Prodibi album is set to "Download" (authorised by a Merci member), then each individual image or entire album is available to download.
There should be a download icon in the top right in the gallery view.
You get 2 options, select your preferred download type.
If you can't see or locate the download icon, maybe the album has not been configured.
Simply raise a ticket with us and we'll fix that for you as soon as possible.
